When you’re off, please show that in your Slack Status so that your colleagues and external people know you’re off and shouldn’t expect a reply until you’re back.

Good example: “🌴 Back on September 2nd” or “🚫 Back on Monday!”

🌴 Vacation

🏝️ Paid vacation

As (full time) Checkly team member you will have 27 days paid vacation per year, which you can request in Humaans (or in Slack with the /humaans book command).

• Get your request approved in Humaans. No vacation if there is no approval. For example: if there are only 2 Product Managers, they cannot go on vacation at the same time. You can check this in Humaans or by asking the other person.
• We track your vacation days because we want to make sure everyone takes enough vacation.
• You can carry over max 5 days from one calendar year to the next. If you don't book them for this year, they will automatically be added to next year's allowance.
