We've decided to offer employment through Remote to:
Remote is an Employer of Record, who offer Employment-as-a-Service. You are hired as a permanent full time employee by a local entity on behalf of Checkly. The local entity deals with payroll in local currency, taxes, compliance etc, but your day-to-day role is with Checkly.
You still get the same benefits as everyone else (e.g. 27 paid days of vacation, Standard Employee Infra budget) and we still decide on things such as promotions, pay increases etc.
