Actually hiring people from other countries is pretty challenging, but here's how we're tackling that:
Here we've got our own entities through which we can hire employees.
We work with Remote as our Employer of Record. That means that we can hire you as a permanent full time employee by a local entity on behalf of Checkly. The local entity deals with payroll in local currency, taxes, compliance etc, but your day-to-day role is with Checkly. You still get the same benefits as everyone else (e.g. 27 paid days of vacation, Standard Employee Infra budget) and we still decide on things such as promotions, pay increases etc.
