Book your flights/trains/hotel through Navan so that they're paid by the company immediately i.e. you don't have to reimburse the cost.
Use your common sense when it comes to the price of the tickets. If you're not sure, please check with Morgan. "Lowest available price that reasonably meets business travel needs" (economy class) is expected, but please don't spend hours looking to save a couple of euros.
If you can, please book through Navan. If it’s not possible, then please use Spendesk ( Spendesk How-To).
