While we have pre-set Checkly policy limits in Navan, we understand that sometimes it's simply not possible to find a cheaper flight or hotel within those limits.
If you encounter the “your booking exceeds company limit” notification and see a message "I understand that my booking is non-refundable and if canceled by my approver, a refund will not be issued", please go ahead and proceed with the booking.
Morgan and Olesia will receive an automated email notification and will approve the request if needed.
