🛫 Before the start date

After they signed the contract

• Mark as “Hired” in Ashby
• Get the hiring manager to announce in Slack #general (format under toggle, concise and bullet points!)
• Save completed documents in Humaans & forward contract and personal information form to payroll
• First tasks email → template in Humaans: “Onboarding” workflow

4 weeks before the start date

• Laptop & Swag email → template in Humaans: “Onboarding” workflow

1-2 weeks before the start date

• Prepare the onboarding
