🛫 Before the start date

After they signed the contract

• Save completed documents in Humaans & forward contract and personal information form to payroll
• Set up background check in Veremark (SOC2 compliance)

4 weeks before the start date

• Give access to Google account + Spendesk account so that the team member can use this to order their company laptop.

2-3 weeks before the start date

• Prepare the onboarding
