• Good first (post-interview) impression

• Reduced anxiety

• Clear expectations

• Hiring is expensive

• Better team member retention

• More productive, more quickly

🛫 Before the start date

After they signed the contract

• Mark as “Hired” in Ashby
• Get the hiring manager to announce in Slack #general (format under toggle, concise and bullet points!)
• Save completed documents in Humaans & forward contract and personal information form to payroll

4 weeks before the start date

• Give access to Google account + Spendesk account so that the team member can use this to order their company laptop.
